Maria has been an artist for over 40 years. As you observe, Maria does not just specialize in one style or medium; she enjoys the creativity and freedom to explore as the spirit leads her. From fabricating jewelry to stained glass and glass blowing, to drawing and painting and even sculpture, she loves it all!
Maria studied art at several universities: Abilene Christian, West Virginia, and Palomar College, with 120 credits in almost all art courses, her experiences have been vast. She has also taught art at the Master's Academy of Fine Arts for 14 years, where she began to teach the history, the artists, and the art of each time- period from ancient to modern, expanding a six-year rotation.
